About Me

I am Rachel Suery, a Certified Co-Active Coach (Coaches Training Institute); a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaches Federation (ICF); a trained Organisation, Relationship and Systems Coach (ORSC©); a certified Executive Coach (QE Corporate Coaching Academy®); a trained Inpowered® Team Coach (Inpowered Coaching Institute®); and a trained Leadership Coach (QE Leadership Academy®). I bring over 30 years of international experience in education, to my work as a coach. 

During my career, I have worked as an international educator in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Germany, and Switzerland. During this time my professional responsibilities have included being an educator, guidance counsellor, educational psychologist, mentor, leader and workshop facilitator with both young people and adults in organisations. My role as an international educator focussed on developing the holistic well-being of individuals that I worked with, alongside promoting positive change at the individual and system level. I have led the development and implementation of key initiatives that focus on developing a healthy culture, in addition to supporting individuals, leaders, and teams to enhance their overall performance.

Following completing my coach training and certification in 2019, I launched my private practice, with a focus on combining my experience as an international educator with coaching best practices. Since then, I have supported individuals, teams and leaders in organisations worldwide, to develop and implement healthy, high-performance initiatives to better manage overall well-being, create positive engagement and build productivity. I support those I work with to reach their full potential, embrace growth, develop strong relationships, address challenges productively, and come together as a cohesive and aligned team.

Originating from New Zealand, I moved permanently to Zurich, Switzerland in 2008, where my private practice is based. My services include:
